On an island in the Saigon River is where you can find Taekwang Jeongsan Country Club. Golfers must leave the city on Vietnam’s main north-south route and take a boat across the Saigon River in order to reach the Ho Chi Minh City golf course. From Ho Chi Minh City’s key hotel areas, the golf course can be reached in about 90 minutes. The river may be reached more quickly by hiring a private speedboat taxi. The dock next to the Saigon Zoo is where many boat taxis depart.

This generally flat terrain’s heavy bunkering gives excitement and delight to the whole golf course and presents difficulties for even the best players. Fairways, greens, and tees are entirely covered in Paspalum grass, which guarantees lush surroundings and advantageous ball lays.

Several holes on the front nine, which follows the river, provide fantastic vistas to the right. The two distinguishing holes are 9 and 18, the latter of which is a dogleg par-5 and the former a lengthy par-4. Make sure to play the right green because both holes go directly to the clubhouse. A bunker connects the greens of holes 9 and 18, which are on the left and right, respectively.
