Dalat Palace Golf Club is always proud of its long history of formation and development. Through many ups and downs of the country’s history, each hole in the 18-hole system is the result of a creative process by many generations.
Initially, the golf course was designed by a French architect, then this place was used by King Bao Dai (the last king of the feudal dynasty of Vietnam) to play golf in the 1920s. During the next 70 years, the golf course kept opening and closing in harmony with political events in each period of the country's history.
The special feature is that this golf course was built in the 1920s, when Dalat was still a favorite place of the elite, military and officials of the French colonial period. Because of that love, Dalat golf course is built on a large land, covering an area of about 280ha. The vast area stretches on the towering hill steps, with harmonious landscapes amidst beautiful nature and classic French architecture that will bring a new experience to golfers.
Dalat Palace Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course with a tee length of 7009 yards, a total par score of 72 for a round. In particular, the wiper area is planted with Bentgrass. Not only that, the ball path, tee point, batting practice area and ball push line are all planted with Bentgrass. Therefore, it can be said that the golf course has been professionally designed along the hills of Dalat. Besides, the golf course is also dotted with ancient pine trees that create natural challenges for players.
With beautiful views overlooking the famous Xuan Huong Lake, Dalat Palace golf course gives players comfort in a poetic natural space. Professionally trained service staff, optimal golf space, nostalgic design style are the highlights of this place.
